Elected women leaders from Chhindwara, Seoni, Satna, Hoshangabad, Reewa and Sidhi of Madhya Pradesh State of India participated in it,
This arena refers to all the skills, knowledge and information the women leaders will require to perform better in their roles. The women who are elected at the panchayats need to also understand the need to nurture and deepen their own constituency base.
